4. Refund Policy: Our refund policy is as follows:
   • Full Refund: Participants can receive a 100% refund if a cancellation request is made 21 days prior to the start date of the course.
   • 50% Refund: If a participant wishes to cancel within 21 days of the course start date, they are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
   • Rescheduling: Participants may reschedule their course to a later date without any additional charges, provided the request is made within 5 days of the course start date.
5. Cancellation by Front Porch Agility Ltd.: In the unlikely event that Front Porch Agility Ltd. has to cancel a course or service, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course or service.
