What Does This Certification Cover?

The Advanced SAFe® Practice Consultant (ASPC) certification path equips experienced SPCs with skills to drive sustained transformation. This renewable certification helps participants develop strategies for sustainable change, including training leadership, excelling in Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) implementations, and fostering a coaching culture that promotes continuous improvement.

Throughout the learning path, participants engage in blended learning, combining self-paced, facilitated, and peer-to-peer activities to progressively build and validate their skills. The program culminates in the Learning Lab, a half-day facilitated session featuring scenario-based assessments that evaluate participants’ mastery of key concepts. Complete all modules in the ASPC certification path, and earn the Advanced SPC certification.

The modules consist of 4 micro-credentials, 1 SAFe skill, and 1 Learning Lab.

• Writing Effective OKRs (SAFe Skill – 1hr self paced e-learning)
• Executing a Successful Transformation Strategy (Micro Certification – 4hr facilitated session)
• Excelling with LPM (Micro Certification – 4hr facilitated session)
• Engaging Leaders (Micro Certification – 4hr facilitated session)
• Pursuing Relentless Improvement (Micro Certification – 4hr facilitated session)
• Scenario Based peer-to-peer learning (Learning Lab – 4hr facilitated session)

Who can attend?

This course is reserved for experienced SAFe certified SPCs. Students must accordingly upgrade to 6.0 to earn this certification.
